A drama of women in Spain of the beginning of the 20th century.
After the funeral of the father of the family, his widow, Bernarda Alba, forces her five daughters not to leave the house for eight years, as a sign of mourning, respect and modesty. The eldest daughter's fiancée turns out to be the lover of the rebellious young daughter – a sure recipe for a shocking story with a tragic end
An exemplary adaptation by JAVIER LATORRE by the great contemporary Spanish choreographersperformed by the Israeli Flamenco Company under the artistic direction of Michal Natan, who is honored to host in this productionSlavia Duran – the pioneer of Spanish dance in Israel.
